Community architect. Integrative performance facilitator. International speaker.
With a strong desire to understand human flourishing in the 21st century, Al Jeffery is a community-designer, mindfulness and movement facilitator, and international speaker. His book, Modern Tribe (to be released in 2019) is the philosophical basis for his work with individuals and teams, creating and holding spaces for connection and creative potential. At the age of 12 he started his entrepreneurial journey and by the time he was 19 he had been listed in Australia’s Top 30 Under 30 entrepreneurs twice in a row, yet felt incredibly depressed and burnt out.
Redefining ‘success’ in this era and merging the worlds of Eastern philosophy and Western science, Al now works at the intersection of innovation, community and wellbeing.
